No, he's holding his foot up. You can see it, he's standing on the left and holding up the right. This is how parrots "rest"!

Wonderfully clear shot of a Grey doing its thing. I hope people will enjoy it as much as I did! Greys are sooooo much trouble and expense that it's nice for people who can't commit to them, to still be able to enjoy watching your beautiful Parrot; thanks for sharing! Mine likes opera, country, and gospel but gets nervous at rock or hip-hop. Go figure.
