Brandon Roy leads this historic comeback against the Dallas Mavericks in the 2011 playoffs. Although the Mavericks would go on to win the series and the championship Brandon Roy showed everybody why he should not to be taken lightly and proved that he's still an elite player in this league!

Celtics fan here...the Brandon Roy saga is so incredibly sad. I can't watch a video like this and not get choked up. Class act, classy NBA city, wish him the best. Great video tribute.

wow, that was an amazing video BeaumontsBrainsOut. I'm not even a Blazers fan, but I could feel the heartbeat of Portland right there. I think we're all gonna miss Brandon Roy, a big loss for the league, and for basketball. I hope he can get involved with the Blazers organization in some capacity. Brandon Roy, from NBA fans, thank you for what you gave to the league, and to basketball.

@eBusinessResource Appreciate it man. I agree, Blazers gotta bring him back in some capacity. Chad Buchanan even joked about Roy being the Blazers GM. I can see Roy actually going to back to Washington and becoming an assistant coach for Lorenzo Romar. Roy always said Romar was a very strong influence in his life.

This was one of the greatest comebacks of all time, just because of the fact that a single player was able to will his team to victory. I love B Roy, he is incredibly missed!

Mav's fan here and I am extremely glad (though not at the time) that i had the chance to see this game live it was very much a dumbfounding experiance but damn is Brandon Roy ever incredible

I loved this video, it climbed to the top of my favorites list, loved the music loved the comeback and the underdog to come out on top, that's what B Roy brought if he was down in a game he had nothing to lost and brought whatever he had left and changed the game SO MANY times, I'm a huge basketball fan but wasn't the biggest Brandon Roy fan but after his retirement can't help but look back and love what he did for the league and how huge he was for the Portland Trailblazers he was their franch
