@SuperHeroMania Not to mention the fact that this score is so dramatically emotional in it's story telling, that you don't even need the film to understand what's going on. I loved LOTR series, those were very brilliant scores as well. But this one was just emotional for me, and that is a true testament on the power of music and how it truly can charm the soul. As my fraternity's motto says: "Music Charms The Soul!"

@SuperHeroMania He's a brilliant composer, listed as in the top 5 composer alive today. He is even on asone of the Academy's committee members. He deserves to have an oscar on his mantel. Yeah, I know he is superstitious about awards because he feels it distracts from artistry, but it's a disgrace to not honor him with one! SOMMERSBY, BIG FISH, GOOD WILL HUNTING, EDWARD SCISSORHANDS, etc..

This movie was terrible. Poorly made sad attempt at a more serious film and unable to settle on a clear idea......well according to the review that I promptly ignored right before I went out to see it. After having watched such a terrible film I feel glad to say that I must have no taste in cinema for I enjoyed it immensely and still do.
