@cris178Zune There DCAU(DC Animated Universe) and then there is the simply put DC Comics. The DC comics have extremely more powerful versions of the people you've seen in the cartoons. I've watched/read(manga) DBZ. Goku and Superman(Silver age/just the flat out original cannon) Would beat him. Mainly cause imagine getting hit with a punch strong enough to rock a solar system.Supes can do that.. Those two wouldn't even fight point. Thye are both good guys, and both are nice.

How in the world did Superman fighting Darkseid turn into Superman vs Batman?? Frank Miller's been mentioned and if I remember correctly he's expressed regret about "The Dark Knight" leading writers to portraying Batman as a cold, cynical, near-psychotic who only tolerated Superman with grudging respect. For 40+ years these two were best friends who together could do just about anything. This entire war between their respective fans is self defeating.

Superman's the guy you call for a natural disaster, Batman's the one you call to solve a crime. Both have their own methods of beating people ranging from Joker to Darkseid.
As cool as this scene is, it sort of pisses on all past opponents Superman has faced before this. This is the first time he's cut loose? So he was holding back in all the battles against Metallo, Doomsday, Darkseid, Luthor, Wonder Woman, Captain Marvel, etc? Should have left that bit out, in my opinion.
