I am sorry, this is NOT the way to cook biriyani, missing / incorrect steps is 90%.

One important step is to cook (half cooked rice + half cooked chicken) together is in the same vessel.

Looks like they are cooking pulau or some thing. I am not discoraging the cooks here..

ok first of all...i am not a chef or anything but this is NOT AT ALL BIRYANI !

Second off... NO OFFENSE and i literally mean it by the bottom of my heart people...there is not a single hindu house i have been to where they can make perfect biryani.

I have more hindu friends then muslims so trust me when i say this...

and it would be wrong to say that this is biryani...call it chicken whateva..but not biryani.

Also the kitchen needs some more light :P

versatility and creativeness to cook with whatever u have in your kitchen yet rendering good flavor is the art of cooking. whatever floats ur boat-if cooking in karahi gives good even cooking for them then nothing wrong. u have to understand the science and logic to cooking instead of following a single path just bcz everyone does it that way or bcz your ancestors did it that way. improve and uplift yourself and dont be cocooned in your little hellhole.

this indian kitchen is better than most indian kitchens. if u say this kitchen is dirty then u have to see the other typical indian kitchens. for ppl who are used to kitchens frm usa of other developed nations may find this dirty and i totally understand that.
