@SpeedyNeutrino43 that song was created from a politic called Victoriano Huerta who killed one of the few democrats presidents in the Mexico´s history, it is a joke about the personality of Victoriano Huerta. He was a great smoker of marihuana and he was called for the common people the coackroach "la cucaracha" that´s the reason for that song, if you could translate the liryc of the song and investigate about Huerta you´ll understand.
