All of the proposed changes sound really intriguing! Introducing a regional or national praxis by a King is bold (and strangely mind-blowing for an old VtMer) but neat.
I'm mostly curious how this new material will be incorporated into the Cam's global chronicle. Granted, it'll take a long time for Global to hash through and nerf or MST various elements, but this should help players expand their character concepts more when the time comes.

Well. This should be interesting for the Camarilla LARP organization and it's hard reset in 2013. Tier system will definitely make up for the player-created 'global' setup. I dunno what I think about the alternate/new Clan benefits though, but we'll see. I look forward to seeing Social Combat in action though.
