Abomination - Brood Hatching

This is the gameplay footage from single player campaign of "Abomination: The Nemesis Project", version 2.7. Difficulty = expert, length = extended.

The mission is called "Brood Hatching". My team is sent to destroy the brood eggs, which are protected by energy fields. So, in order to destroy them I had to demolish their power units to deactivate their force fields. I chose this specific mission 'cause it's the only time player might encounter a worm-like brood creature that spews out bug-like proximity mines. This creature seems to be immune to bullets and fire (and in turn also tele-pyrokinesis), but it can be destroyed with explosives (PRB grenades in this case).

All agents are using Jackhammers and carry PRB grenades. Savage can carry more equipment than other agents and throw the grenades further, Pyro can tele-pyrokinetically attack any enemy she sees (in other words, she deals large amount of damage over great distances, with about 1 min cooldown between uses), Doc can heal himself or others and Steel takes less damage from enemy attacks.

Video is recorded using "Camstudio 2.0" with Xfire video codec, then recompressed with "Winavi Video Converter 9.0".

PRB granades? I use the german version, wonder what they might be.

Another question: who you used for assassination-missions?

I'm also interrested in files numbered this: 209, 210, 218, 219, 222 (I just restarted Chapter Broot, so maybe later more I might ask).

Also: do you think your video-program could make a good enough video of the chapter-movies?

PRB granades are the hand-grenades you have at the start of the game.

Personally, I prefer using Ninja equipped with a Sniper Rifle for assassination missions. Alternatively, any team member would do - as long as they can dish out enough damage (M60) or shoot from a safe distance (Sniper).

I'll try to get english versions of those files on a file server soon. I'll give you a link when I do so.

I believe I can make decent quality chapter-movies. Expect them soon.

As for those files... I couldn't find them in any of my saves. Then I searched the file in which the game's text is stored and found out that those entries don't even exist. They were probably scrapped from the game before release or sthg.
