There's no reason to scald milk. Just add it to the pot after boiling the rice. It's the same damn thing. Don't even bother to argue with me.

the real rice pudding is different like im actually bengali and when my mom cooks it theres differnt items well actually you use the same ingredients but you dont put that kind of normal rice it has to be different type of rice and the way you cook it is also a bit differnt my mom ones taste really good!

That's great. I found a recipe on Google, which wasn't saying to isolate rice from hot water before mixing it with milk (and it was my first time so I didn't know I should have isolated) so I sucked on my first try... but now, with this video, I made an excellent one and waiting glasses to get cold.
