Overall this is ridiculous, it doesn't solve any problems. Doesn't solve the "invasive problem" which had very little chance of happening in any other state but florida. It doesn't solve individual abuse or misinformation problems either in any way at all.

@timothyplumley its people like you that piss me off just cause you hear about the one that dont take care of their pets and your all for a ban that prevents people from transporting them. I am a responsible owner and i refuse to even think about release mine or not take care of it.

Keeping any animal against its will is bad... especially those that can't accept the responsibility of owning wild captured animals. I'm for it, too many don't even take care of their exotic pets. So not being able to get them curves the release of pets into the wild.
