However, Sheikh Khalil jaffer is presuming the events to be too normal. Has he forgotten about the Raj'a? Or the reappearance of Prophet Isa[as]?

From my understanding, Br. Khalil is simply saying that the revolution of Imam al-Mahdi and the spreading of true Islam globally will occur via the laws of cause and effect and will not be some instantaneous phenomenon, like a flick of a magic wand and everything will be perfect.

Battles will be fought, casualties will be taken and sacrifices will be made. Similar to the events which the Prophet and the A'immah, the only difference being the lasting victory shall be with Allah.

As a non-Muslim, I have only just stumbled across Khalil Jaffer.

I have found his knowledge, perspective & wisdom invaluable & I support his perspective.

I feel if he was better known to non-Muslims, his voice might cool much of the propaganda thrust against the true meaning of Islam.

(perhaps excluding Atheists)

@pittsburgh06hy , who is arguing about ahlul bait? im talking about shirk which you are doing. imamate using abraham? we are ummati muhammad not abraham...the sharia of muhammad applies... why do you divert topic of shirk to imamate? and can the shadat answer prayer? why dont you ask from hamza the prophet uncle? the leader of shuhadat? why do you ask form the prophet when he him self said pray to allah,. otherwise why the heck we read fatiha... it means we dont need to pray.. others pray for us

@pittsburgh06hy , that is not the general principle of asking dua! fatiha which a muslim reads in every salah twice says , only you we worship and only you we seek help from., this ayat is read over 50 times daily if you pray all your salah.. this is the most general rule, why do you ignore this! you ask from other then allah this imply you worship other then allah... why dont you read fatiha the first page of quran!!!!

@pittsburgh06hy , but before, the pillars is something called the creed, which the prophet saaw spent 13 years explaining. you curse the companion of the prophet saaw when the quran makes clear their station you slander the prophets wife when the quran makes clear she is innocent., thats the point. the creed. and that is more important then the pillars...

There is many more verses that I can state to prove the concept of Imamate and their infalibility but I dont think it will have any impact on yourself. Dear brother respect the school of though of the Ahlul Bayt like we respect your school of thought and desist from causing division in the Ummah. Allah (swt) will inform us of our differences till then we should respect each other and unite against....

@harunyahyadotorg ...way as dead; nay, (they are) alive, but you do not perceive. The Quran also states that Allah (swt) wishes to purify the Ahlul Bayt with a thorough purification (Surah Ahzab 33). The concept of Imamate is proved in Quran with many ayas for instance surah Ale Imran 33-34 where Allah (swt) states that he chose the famiy of Abrahim (as) and Imran (as) above all the worlds, as off-spring one of the other. Also Surah Al An'am 84-90 which shows how Allah (swt) guides a people...

@harunyahyadotorg Help comes from Allah (swt) and no one else the case for tawasul has roots in the Holy Quran when Allah (swt) tells the people that had they gone to the Prophet (saw) and asked him for forgiveness, then surely Allah (swt) would have forgiven their sins. This is a simple and logical principal to ask someone who has a higher degree and status with Allah (swt) to pray on your behalf and also as the Quran says in Surah Baqara 156 And do not speak of those who are slain in Allah's..

@pittsburgh06hy , Only the prophet saaw is innocent and even he is repremanded in quran some times... where is your evidence that others are also devine... this is what the christians say...

Surat fatiha the opening page says, "only you we worship and only you we ask from" this is on the opening page of the quran... you must have read or heard of the first page of quran?

Yet you ask from others , suggesting you are worshipping others .
