They changed the levels around.You can get up to level 60 now, so Mansions are level 41 now.People who already had them got to keep them but if they moved it they couldn't use it untill they get to level 41.

34 used to be the level you could get it, but they moved it to 41. BUT, it doesn't take as long to go through the levels as it once did.
