  • Getting a stg 2 crow cam from you blokes soon and a full tune :) all the other parts are in and my vs is goin hard. Thinking of topping it off with a twin tb. Any suggestions??

  • @phoenix546

    What are your current mods?

    Cheers,

    Steve

  • @maceengineeringgroup Hey Steve its Matt C. my last product i got from you was the 1.98-1 rockers just before crissy. others include.... got a 5sp series 2 ecotech ute with lsd, 69mm tb memcal 12mm plenum spacer 12mm manifold insulator k and n air filter ss wide air intake genie extractors high flow cats twin single 2 1/2 exhaust either side of the tray with 3'' tips soon to get your crow cam to match rockers, rollmaster double row timing chain and sping and retainers and a custom kalmaker tune

  • @phoenix546

    Ah sweet :D

Unfortunately we don't manufacture our twin TB manifolds any more. We have found that you can get approx 90% of the gains with our 25mm manifold insulator and 12mm plenum spacer and 69mm TB for about a 1/3rd of the price when you consider that you will need to get a custom tune to make the twin TB manifold work properly. If you are still keen on getting the manifold then you would have to contact MRC performance.

    Cheers

    Steve

  • @maceengineeringgroup was also wondering about a come twin tb but not sure if it will be worth it. also lowering the compression for the cam and getting head work done. have you heard of a twin intake with your 69mm tbs?

  • @phoenix546

in regards to compression in conjunction with the cam, then increase compression would be the way to go.

If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.

    Cheers,

    Steve
