If he didn't have the braces he couldn't stand to walk. He would have to stay in his wheelchair all the time. With paralasys your legs are as limp as noodles so the extra support of the braces is required.

Doing great,now completes tranfers on his own! From mat to chair and chair to mat. Tons of work but so worth it. Thanks for asking about him

That is unreal? You are the man! I showed this to someone I'm working very close with.He could not lift himself up off his wc to relieve his pressure sore. Today he lifted himself 5 times in a row!! Now he is psyched!and so am I. Thanks, and awsome job
