Experts discuss what the U.S. would do in the event of a nuclear attack at a panel discussion held at Georgetown University on April 22, 2009 and sponsored by the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies and the Georgetown University Institute for International Law and Politics. Members of the first panel are: Robert Gallucci, Dean of the Georgetown School of Foreign Service, Dr. Rolf Mowatt-Larssen, Senior Fellow at the Belfer Center at Harvard University, Mr. Paul McHale of the Government's Contract Practice at McKenna, Long, and Aldridge, LLP, and Dr. Randall Murch, Associate Director of Research Program Development at Virginia Polytechnical Institute.
