I just saw crown yesterday @ the Central Illinois comp. and I got to talk to them and they were using Lee Beddis sticks

i believe this year they're using those and the indoors. idk what the mallets are. i think they are the corpmaster series though.

actually i believe most lines are marching quints this year. i know cavies are, cadets, boston, blue stars, madison scouts, spirit, and santa clara vanguard always does. i think those lines realize a 6 drum configuration is a little over-kill and they choose less weight over slightly more functionality.

they really are! i was extended a contract with them this year, but couldn't march becuase my lazy ass didn't get a job to pay for it... oh well, they are better off without me anyway! lol :^p
