Mother Culture vs. Mother Earth Mother culture is a harsh bitch mother culture is cold and divisive she tells us we are not good enough our perceptions of ourselves flawed slaves emotional wrecks unstable dirty angry frustrated fearful judged and judging judging out of fear of being judged ourselves hearts and minds closed filled with distrust starving for food and love starving for connection starving for light in the darkness starving for spirit starving for life starving to die Mother Earth now she can be as harsh as she is always truthful in her love she lets me know that I am: spirit flesh passion manifestation of love divine sun moon stars magickal sublime peaceful perfect natural light and life eternal spiritual flame unending undying I am life I am love and so are yoU! _________________________ A poem by me! Inspired by the book ,"Ishmael" by Daniel Quinn.
