My trip back from Poland (WAW to JFK via HEL). This is the second and final leg of my trip back back to NY. Landing at New York JFK International Airport on a Finnair Airbus A330-300 from Helsinki, Finland (HEL) Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport. With Pilot Announcement and Cabin Crew Announcement in Finnish, Swedish and English.

Why you didn't take a direct flight from JFK to WAW with Lot Polish Airlines?

@Ahuntsicspotter A few reasons... It was cheaper and LOT Polish Airlines service has become worse over the years, once LOT will recieve the 787 (who knows when that will be with all the delay's) then I will fly them again, but if the service continues to be subpar then I rather take a connecting flight. Aside from quality of service I love to fly and I love to visit other airport's.

@metal484 I flew Lot polish Airlines in 1994 and the service was good but Lot didn't provide me a hotel during the night transit in Warsaw Poland. Also in april I will be flying with my mom to Venice and my mom was wanted to take Air Transat but I interfered with the agent to do not book an Air Transat because its bad airline and instead Air Transat I will be flying with Air France and KLM who do not charge for the headsets but Air Transat is charging for the headsets.

@ChainChomp2 Yes but its verry long. Me I will be flying from YUL to VCE via CDG and via AMS on the way back and I'm doing that because the direct flight VCE-YUL is operated by bad charter airline off the new world who do not employs the first nations people and this airline is Air Transat and all Air Transat fleet is not equipped with ptv. My itinerary will be Air France from YUL to VCE and KLM from VCE to YUL.

@Ahuntsicspotter Was probably cheaper to stop in HEL on Finnair, I know that on flights to Asia from airports like LAX/SFO  to destinations like MNL or PEK it's cheaper to stop at NRT, TPE, or HKG on another airline instead of taking non-stop on the destination's flag airline.
