The world was truly on his shoulders, and this pictures proves it. The only thing he cared about was saving Afghanistan and its people, and he had totally forgotten about his own safety and himself in the process. Day and night he worked hard to come up with plans to help the people of Afghanistan.The thought of his life being in danger had already passed him by; his mission had become saving Afghanistan. Ahmad Shah Massoud was truly a gift to Afghanistan from Allah!
