Hi everybody -

Some people asked me for some clarification and I feel the need to clarify myself to you people here.

I wanted to add to my vlog -- they did have 3 Deaf-centred movies and they are:

- I am Deaf and I didn't know - this is champs for documentary-drama from France

- Chuck Baird documentary - this is champs for long documentary - USA

- Deaf in Pink documentary - this is champs for short documentary - USA

Where are you, Canadians?!? And we need more from all over the universe!!

since you know that it is NOT festival! It is a event that people can come to show their work and be able to find a job or sell its' movie for living...

I used to make a living thru hearing film festival not deaf film festival.

99% people go to deaf film festival for fun not for buy a movie or hire deaf person.

they do not know what is film festival all about!

that is why i left movie world!

Yes, you are correct. This event is about the work filmmakers, writers, actresses, actors, others had done, which is art in their eyes.

I believe that if we recruit more Deaf people to produce deaf-centred movies and so forth, the more chance they get the job on the inside.

All the more reason why we must keep promoting film / arts festival to Deaf communities. Do not give up, Jerome and anyone else, too!

I do hope to see yours!
