Why is it that in 1 Corinthians 8:6 it takes only 1 of the 3 spirits and only calls that one the true God?

"6 there is actually to us one God the Father"

CHARLES TAZE RUSSELL REJECTS THE JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES “NEW LIGHT” THEORY. In Zion's Watchtower Feb 1881, Charles Taze Russell had this to say " A new view of truth can never contradict a former truth''. ''New light never extinguishes older Light but adds to it.'' '' If you were lighting up a building, containing seven gas jets you would not extinguish one every time you lighted another, but would add one light to another and they would be in harmony and thus give increase in light : (1of 2)

As the Father sent the Son (John. 3:16), so the Father and the Son send the Holy Spirit. John 14:16,17; 15:26. MY NWT TELLS ME THAT HE HAS ALL THE ATTRIBUTES THAT MAKES HIM A PERSON. He has: Mind, Will, and Emotion. He can be: Outraged, Heb.10:26-31; Grieved, Ephesians.4:30; Hurt, Isaiah.63:10; Blasphemed (This is unforgivable) He has Love, Rom.15:30.

@patrickmuhereEvery body knows that the Father is THE GOD. The Watchtowers Kingdom Interlinear Translation of the Greek Scriptures (under the Greek language) clearly tells us that The Son Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit are also THE GOD in John 20:28 and acts 5:3,4. The "DEFINITE ARTICLE is used in both of these passages, so it is clear that the three persons are THE ONE GOD in TRINITY, because there is only ONE GOD, AND THERE IS NO OTHER  Isaiah 43:10; 44:6;45:21 46:9.

@sbgrox11 The Father is THE GOD. RIGHT!!! In the Kingdom Interlinear of the Greek Scriptures under the original Greek language it says The Son is THE GOD John.20 28. Right!!!. In the Original Greek language again, it says that The Holy Spirit is THE GOD. Right!!! The Definite Article Is being used in both of these passages of Scripture. Right!!!, , but there is only one God. Isaiah.43:10. Right!!! So there cannot be three Gods. Right!!!This being so there must be three in the Godhead. Right!!!

@sbgrox11 You make public comment on this site about the things of God, you preach to the whole world! What you say about the Trinity is not supported by the Scriptures, or the Creeds of the Christian Church. I don't Judge, but the Word of God Judges those who preach another gospel, which is really no Gospel at all. Read Galatians 1:6-9. If even an angel from heaven were to preach another Gospel, than the one given to us, let him be ANATHEMA. or in other words SELF CONDEMNED.says Paul.

@patrickmuhere The Watchtowers own Kingdom interlinear of the Greek Scriptures ,tells me under the the original Greek that Jesus Christ is THE GOD.John.20:28. It also says that The Holy Spirit is THE GOD under the original Greek Acts 5:3-4. Jehovah also says that there is no God before Him neither will there be any after Him Isaiah 43:10. So there cannot be three God's .Seeing that the ''definite article'' is used in both John and Acts, there can only be three in the one Godhead or Trinity. OK!

@georgehuddo,your last statement is totaly false,where does scripture say three persons are God?this is what I am talking about,. your assuming these things,. there is only One God Jehovah and Jesus Christ is his son and the holy spirit is the power of God,. read the bible you will find this is the truth,. and you dont have to twist anything to fit what tinity is teaching.

@patrickmuhere We all Know that the Father is THE GOD . If there is not a Trinity, how do you explain that Jesus is THE GOD John 20:28, and that the Holy Spirit is THE GOD in Acts 5:3-4. There is only one God Isaiah 43:10, and there will be no other God before or after Him . How come the Scriptures say that three persons are God if there is no Trinity
