have you ever thought that bag might not be in airport yet, during those 3 days? As for automated, well I used one, and it did told me enough info, by the way, there are some options after auto system and they DO transfer you to someone alive. Be more patient next time.

This Company took 3 days to get my bag back and i only live about 9 miles away from the airport, cant even talk to anyone just get an automated message,not good!
