This sculpture is in the National Gallery of Art's Sculpture Garden along the Mall in Washington DC. As you walk by the sculpture it appears to rotate. The way this is done is a trick that makes your brain misinterpret what the eye is seeing. The corner of the house that appears closest to you is in fact the farthest from the viewer. The sculpture is kind of an inverted house. But, your brain pieces it together as a normal house and then it appears to rotate when you move about it. I can't explain it any other way. :)
