AvP3 Alien Campaign - Nightmare Difficulty - Research Lab - Part 1

AvP 3 Alien walkthrough of the Research Lab Part 1. Hope this helps some people.

This IS on NIGHTMARE difficulty. In Nightmare, you cannot go back to checkpoints. If you die, you have to redo the entire level.

Please comment nicely if you liked it or if you think i missed anything.

I will not be doing the collectables because i hate getting all of them.

Aliens is the easiest because alien ai always hunt you and when your an  alien its easy to play

Who wouldn't be watching the camera when you're collecting an alien? I watched their video monitor and saw that the alien went back into the body. They didn't do their job.
