@moogle301 Very useful. It helps keeps things in place especially if you have hair that doesn't curl easily and it comes apart easily, then hairspray can keep it in for a good couple of hours.

I've always loved this tutorial but never tried it! My hair is mostly just pomped when I go out. Lol. I have a contest coming up for pin up hair and makeup and am going to finally try this! I hope I do it justice!
