Boston Caribbean Carnival 2010

Saturday August 28, 2010. Not unlike other Trinidad Style carnivals across North America is laced with color, exotic costumes and mind blowing Soca music. It also enjoys the participation and support of many of the other Caribbean islands. The Carnival Parade begins on Martin Luther King Blvd. in Roxbury, where bands and their masqueraders come to the streets with spectacular colors and sounds that signal the arrival of CARNIVAL. The parade proceeds along Warren Street, through Grove Hall and on to Dorchester's Franklin Park.
