@carpandean The GX1 has dedicated ISO, and for exp. compensation, you just need to push in the control wheel and turn it, and the scale appears on the bottom of LCD, just like the GH2. The drive mode can be assigned to a FN button.
Re: the G12: Can I mount my Panasonic/Leica 25 1.4 on it?
@carpandean the GX1 has almost as many external controls as my Rebel 500D, a DSLR. The Rebel has no drive mode lever or ISO dial - it has a button + dial scheme for both, same as the GX1. There is no AF selection point button on the GX1, but the GX1 touchscreen can be used. As a manual shooter, obviously 7D and A77 level cameras offer more control at my fingertips, but I don't find the Canon to be prohibitive in use and I don't see any major issues with the GX1 either.
I still have a problem with the GF1, and now GX1, being referred to as "enthusiast" models due to their external controls. They're closer than the GF2/GF3, for sure, but compare them to "enthusiast" compacts like the G12. It has dedicated ISO and exposure compensation dials, as well as two control wheels. An enthusiast model should have a compact form, but with (close to) the same level of exterior controls as a DSLR. Heck, the GX1 even lost the dedicate drive mode switch for a button.

Why did he have to speak so fast like this? What to rush for?

@sirtechy Of course it's superior, but not for the price. I have the S95 and for the price, it's much better and more compact. Imagine the S100.
