This is a double shot espresso extraction with my Rancilio Silvia, using Lavazza Pienaroma 100% Arabica beans (dated 3 months old). I cut the beans with my Rocky Dosereless at step 7. The extraction is exactly 60ml @ 25". Not very spectacular results, but the taste of the coffee is quite pleasing and the crema pretty dense.
P.S. The ghostly,scary face on Silvia's chest has appeared after I took the shot. :)
