As NYPD arrested Philly police retired captain Raymond Lewis at OWS protest, crowds were cheering. It comes as peaceful Occupy Wall Street protest has turned violent yet again. RT correspondents on the ground report that police have begun to arrest people brutally in Manhattan. RT producer Lucy Kafanov, who is on site in New York, is reporting clashes between police and protesters.

Universal Declaration Of Human Rights is not a law, it's a guideline for countries in the United Nations, but i wish it was.

I would modify "idiot" by "You're an ignorant" please educate yourself. Police duty is ment to be the protection of citizens against criminals isn't it ? Not protecting the governement (criminals) against the protestors (citizens). In the actual it's the complete opposite way around. Cops freely arrest citizens doing their duty as protectors of the democracy and while cops should help them, they obey to the order of beating them up while they should arrest the criminals at the top instead.

What a powerful image. For their own sake, the police should probably not have arrested him.
