  • "empower state and local police to arrest anybody that they have a reasonable suspicion is an illegal immigrant."

"police can, in any time they come across you, can ask you for papers..." I don't understand. Does she not know that police can only ask those who have been stopped for some other offense? Does she know this and omit it to mislead her audience?

It amazes me. People appear to lie with no compunction. Please response Ms. Kelley.

  • Again, "DID YOU PEOPLE READ THE BILL" this women does not know what she saying and is clueless. I read it..

  • Where's the expert? The woman talking was not familiar with the actual law.

  • Police already have AUTHORITY granted by society to detain, question and request ID. Read the US Constitution Article 1 Section 10, Article 4 Section 4, and see 32CFR215 and 50USC21. Also Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, ARTICLE V, ARTICLE IX and ARTICLE XVI. Read scribddotcom/doc/30550888/Who-is-Responsible-for-Securing-the-State-Border-and-Arresting-12-Million-Illegals
