舌抵上顎
腳尖用力向上
吐氣時雙手配合用力下壓
一次六個呼吸,總共做九次
每一次之間休息數秒鐘
每日起床以及睡前練習
半年可見成效

PS:低血壓患者吸氣時手部用力上提即可
