臉部及頸部用力舌抵上顎腳尖用力向上吐氣時雙手配合用力下壓一次六個呼吸,總共做九次每一次之間休息數秒鐘每日起床以及睡前練習半年可見成效PS:低血壓患者吸氣時手部用力上提即可
