@Melermometal Yes I do. I suggested a to a friend new to the game to do just that last night when he played Garen. I don't always remember to do it though ><

Garen was the first champion I ever played when he was on the free champion list a few months back. So I bought him first and dominated.

I build him as a pure DPS. Lots of attack damage, boots of swiftness with the ghostblade for the cooldown reduction. When your running around on summoners rift with over 150 attack damage AND the red buff, the enemy knows to stay away.

5 man kill last night in a group fight in mid lane. One of the enemy team members called me a hacker >.<

his regen is after 6 sec of not taking damage, you regain 0.5 percent of max health each second
