Yes, it is. A friend of mine was throwing it out and said take it. The transmission was all stuck and frozen. So I freed it up... but decided to make it into a go kart instead.

why dont you just use the riding lawnmower ???

Because it is not as fun. Most specifically, the lawnmower sits too high, is not able to seat two people and is top heavy.
We are building a 2 seater and it is coming along quite nicely!
