it's in Catch-as-Catch-Can Wrestling - at 1:35 with a deep underhook - it's a neck crank or variation single hand chancery - Tito's just sprawling with it while he's doing it... you also see a CACC Half Haltch at 0:40 (deep underhook with left hand grabbing the lat, spine, or opposite lat) and especially at 2:50 - with the twist (or ground "pivot" if you will) portion at the end. It looks NEW but it's really old school with some clever variations by Tito.
