Myst Reborn Trailer

For years now, I've always wanted to try and make and/or star in a Myst film, but I never had the time, technolagy or a proper concept. But I'm a Media student now, and I have the Tech and the time to do it.
And thanks to a guy named Ian Watson, I have a concept too.
So here it is, a trailer for my up coming Myst mini-film; Myst Reborn.
Myst belongs to Cyan Worlds. My thanks to Watson for letting me try and do this.

Nice concept.. I always thought of trying to find areas irl to reproduce Myst like areas, but for some reason a "blue screen" type effect never occurred to me. =) Exciting! Can't wait to see where this will go ^^

I'm pretty sure that the idea for a Myst movie has been floatin' around the creators' heads since Myst had so many hits, but I've never actually seen a trailer for that movie. I suppose if you keep workin on it, it'll make a good YouTube movie, and from there, who knows. Am I right?

Interesting you were able to pull it off. I was part of a Myst-inspired 3D film a while ago, and we were told to shelve it by Cyan since the rights for the film had been sold.
