You try driving these big cars in the snow, he cannot help it if he gets stuck. I drove cab for 11 years and driving these things in the snow is no picnic. There is no weight in these cars and it is very very easy to get stuck in the these cars. He is NOT a bad taxi driver. It is not his fault he got it stuck.
