http://www.drsteiger.com//procedures/reconstruction MOHS surgery is used to treat skin cancer. MOHS reconstruction is performed to repair the defects created by MOHS surgery. The type of reconstruction performed depends upon the location and size of the MOHS defect. This video illustrated two patients that had MOHS reconstruction by Dr. Steiger with a staged procedure called a paramedian forehead flap.

  • I had a few removed from my face and it left bad scars. does any one know how to get rid of the scars? plastic surgeon says i am stuck with them. i found a product called dermaflage that i use every day to fill and cover them which is good

  • I work in an office where this is done. It's an awesome procedure to watch. But the doctor in this practice doesn't 'grow' skin (at least from the few procedures I've witnessed so far).... he either does a skin graft (not always from the ear mind you) or stretches the skin via detailed incision work.
