@Network23549 How else are you going to return? Are you not supposed to open what you just paid $130 for? I have just received a exceed warhawk 300 and the rotors wont spin right right. I am waiting for tommorow (monday) for them to open so I can call them. I called them for two days last week and the phone rang busy busy busy. At this point, xheli can shove it!!!!!!

According to their website they will pay shipping for you shipping it if it is found to be defective. But it sounds like you wanted a refund, from looking at their website, they state a 15% restocking fee if the item is opened. I am not sure what you are complaining about.

I wanted a refund because the heli glitch'd at high altitude and was destroyed. The glitch is a defect. What don't you understand about that ?
