hello everyone :] so I'm glad to report that i have lost 2 lbs..its not much but hey its a loss so I'm happy with that! (oh yeh ill be posting every 2 weeks now) i just started to get into a workout routine this past week and its pretty tough but its going well i think :) you really can't see much difference but i definitely feel a difference! feel a little less flabby and gaining some more energy with the healthy eating + now working out. anyways feel free to leave me any questions or comments and your support is appreciated!!
