Exploring Finnish Lapland by Motorbikes

Four of us went to Finnish Lapland for 4 days. The video contains some of the roads we drove up there. I was mainly behind the camera, so my buddies are on the main stage.

beautiful roads... i plan a trip to north cape next year and wanna ride on such roads in finland... which area is it?

The area where we drove was Easter Lapland sub-region in Finland, municipalities called Salla and Savukoski.

There are local place names like Tuntsa, Tulppio, Naruska(järvi), Niekka, Lokka etc.

The area is quite isolated and it was needed to take a long detour via Sodankylä, when traveling from north to Tulppio area. But now there is a new road under construction along the southern shores of Lokka reservoir, so it would be easier to visit the area when traveling by.
