I have a brilliant method for cooling down that always works for me. First, soak your skin with cool water. Then, simply lie back and use a fan (either a hand-fan or use an electric one). Because the air feels cooler on wet skin than it does on dry skin and you definitely feel the difference. I use this technique a lot because I'm very sensitive to heat. But seriously, try this out. It really does work. =)
