Out with Dan of PREDATOR CHARTERS deep sea fishing off coast of Kiama, NSW Australia, Dad landed a beautiful Yellowfin Tuna, topping the scales at just under 30kg.
Towards the end Jose joins the party with another Yellowfin on a double hook up, you can hear the reel screaming in the background just before he picks it up, watch the fish change direction in the background as it sends Jose over to the other side of the boat...

  • Nicely landed "DAD" - Gotta love the Double Hook-up! Kiama waters offer some of the best fishing in the world. Great Video!

  • as a fisherman, i never really realised how bad donging a fish over the head like that looked! It has to be done and thats just the way it is but yeh... At least all my estuary species go to sleep in an ice slurry. My game fish cop the bat although a slit across the throat is more likely to help bleed it. Either way thats an awesome yellowfin mate well done!

  • very cruel

  • It must be a real rush to catch a fish that size. Last time I was fishing I found that my sinker was too heavy and after I'd thrown the line into the water, I caught a little fish, but worse, it only happened because I knocked a fish out as the sinker wrapped the line around a fish and hooked it in the eye. LOLz.

  • Take it from someone whose father died 20 years ago. Enjoy the time you have with the old man!
