Some 70% of the world population of pink foot geese over winter along the north Norfolk coast. They are an endangered species and are on the RSPB amber alert list. Plans to build giant wind farms on their feeding and foraging groundsaround the villages of Syderstone, Docking and South Creake, represent a major threat to their survival.
As mentioned by several others pinkfeet geese are not endangered.
I doubt the wind farms will affect them either as they get used to then quickly. I have seen geese feeding underneath them before

IUCN Red List of Threatened Species (also known as the IUCN Red List or Red Data List mark these birds as of least concern. The RSPB have it wrong again!!! Why the pink-footed goose is a CO2 villain …this bird(s) really have a worse carbon footprint than a patio heater. The Guardian, Wednesday 20 Jan 2010

I didn't think the Pinkfoot was in danger. However, you must fight like hell to stop them errecting any wind turbines. Once they've got a foothold they'll sneak more and more in. Visit West Cumbria you'll find wind turbines everywhere. And they do displace wildlife, and they do make a noise, and they do look bloody awful, and they don't pay for themselves.
Best of luck and pray we get shot of New Labour as soon as possible.
