  • She is an irresponsible instructor because that technique is almost completely sure to fail in a real life situation.

  • What an absurd instructional video.

  • Down, Back, Forward, Back, Circle while in sweeping distance.

  • I was looking up casey anthony and was lead here

  • @MadMonk108 but looks sexy! lol

  • So what if this guy benches 400 lbs?

  • bullshido

  • this is terrible

  • Who grabs someone in a bear hug like that anyway? If I was trying to restrain anyone and I had them from behind the RNC or 'Sleeper Hold' is the way to go, any possible groin attacks can also be countered by simply turning the body 90 degrees so that either the left or right thigh is facing their back.

Other methods of breaking the RNC are mostly useless, as professional fighters find it hard to break the hold and they have much more muscle mass and tone than most women out there...

  • Why dont you just just the death touch? Duh!!! The sad thing is someone probably gave her a black belt. She probably has a whole school of people learning this sillyness. Sweety pie, you need to get yourself to a good BJJ school. They will teach you self defense that actually works.

  • First of all, its not "breaking the neck", second thats not how you do it, theres just no stabability in it. I will say though, the instructer is beautiful.
