  • @TheDude47 if you want to get stronger then you should do sets with fewer reps but more weight. overall benching something like 160lbs 5 times will get you stronger than benching 135lbs 10 times. also try doing lots of pyramids. try and get to the point where you can do your max twice then youll know its gone up.

  • I've pretty much put this everywhere but i weight about 155 and my max is 205 problem is its been 205 for a while now any ideas on how to increase it asap?
