Radley Balko, editor at Reason Magazine, testifies in front of the United States of American (USA) Congress on the topic of online internet gambling and betting. Representative and 2008 Presidential candidate Ron Paul and Rep. Barney Frank introduce Radly Balko. In his talk, Balko believes the U.S. government should repeal the Unlawful Internet Gaming Enforcement Act of 2006 (UIGEA) that has effectively banned and made illegal online poker, blackjack, slots, and other forms of betting and gambling.

and another thing... kids playing online poker is not the fault of the industry, its called bad parenting... Should we suffer because parents use computers are robotic babysitters?
