Trams of Saratov, Russia.

you wont see progress anywhere in the tram system (except moscow and some parts of st petersburg). They are still running double set cars of trams in saratov... they are putting in new models....

It is still good, if in provincial tram systems of Russia of progress is not present, so in some cities of Russia (them becomes more and more) a tram in general close! However, not only in Moscow and St.-Petersburg the tram improves, in some (very much the few) cities (for example, Yaroslavl) progress too is. But, if in a city there are new types of trams it means that is any future at a tram in this city...
