@exxodus29 No I got it from my local Costco store but, I checked the website and it's only $600 to buy it from the website. Wow I've never heard of that? Your state must be doing something eerie with the prices. I would call a local Vitamix headquarters and ask why the prices are so outrages?

@chavitavb Did you get your Vitamix from the Vitamix web site? If you did, do you not find it odd that the Vitamix Corporation is charging out of state customers a sales tax to buy their product? I don't get this! I have never heard of this before. This the first time I ever contemplated purchasing an item and had to pay the tax rate from my state for an item I'm buying from another state. Is this legal? Because it doesn't make sense to me. I understand having to pay shipping charges but not tax

Great, limeade, full of sugar flavourings e numbers, and soy protein which I've never seen for sale in the uk. Stick in a couple of asprins it could cure your headache at the same time.
