I assume you mean h2o2.

You can add drops to a glass of water and then drink. HOWEVER, you must get food grade hydrogen peroxide to do this and that is a tricky wicket.

That is because food grade h2o2 is sold in a 35% concentration and this can be rather volatile (in fact, shipped as hazardous materials)

Regular store h2o2 is a safe 3% strength but has heavy metals so you can't use this.

Some sell the 3% diluted FOOD GRADE, but it's hard to find. Can google h2o2 therapy.

I read Ed's 1st book when it first came out, over 20 years ago, and I have been using the OZONE for the air,(2 Alpines), ozonating my water,(SOTA Instruments), and using H2O2 INTERNALLY ever since. I use MMS everyday on a maintenance dosage,I also have and use a ozone generator. Both excellent,I clean all my fruit and veg and find they last atleast 4 days more than if not cleaned with ozone :D I'd recommend both options.
