This is a drum cover of "Damien" by Stray From the Path. I apologize for the sometimes-shaking camera. It has an auto focus feature that can't be turned off, so it adjusts on the fly... kinda annoying. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

First of all yay for covering this band :]
solid cover one minor detail not a fault of your playing at all, would be nice if you happened across a heavier ride cymbal so that the accents on the 1st beats of the blast sections would come out stronger :]
But again its a minor detail, superb cover mate!

you're a pretty sick at mixing aside from being a good drummer. i'm wondering if you used drum triggers on the kick drum or if that was purely EQ because i'm wondering how to get that sound since i'm still learning about it

@AndrizzleTheNinja Hey man! I appreciate your kind words! I am still learning my self! I don't use triggers in my setup, and so far, I haven't blended any samples with my drums in any of the videos I have done. All of the drums are natural. But I am compressing a lot through out my mixes, and EQ'ing things as well!

Dude, gotta be honest...You're a GREAT drummer! This is a sweet cover man, it's almost 100% tight which is pretty rare on youtube. Also man, that snare is killer, but is it really that poppy? Or is that more production?

@RebuildHardcore Hey man! Thanks a lot for the kind words! I am compressing a lot of the snare and EQ'ing slightly. So that could be attributing to the "poppy" sound that you hear... It sounds pretty close though to my more recent videos if anything...
